Anti Ragging Committee

ANTI- RAGGING CELL:

To create healthy atmosphere in the college campus Anti Ragging Cell is constituted. And the committee investigates into the matter as on today there is a perfect and harmonious relationship is maintained during all the students menace of regarding is totally prohibited.

ANTI-SEXUAL HARRASMENT OF WOMEN AT WORK PLACE CELL:

To provide best protection and respect the women we have a cell which is functioning properly and effectively. As on today we have no any such cases in the Institution.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION:

Alumni Association was constituted in the year 2011 (i.e. ) during the celebration of Golden Jubilee of the College. Alumni Association is constituted.

ECO-CLUB:

Our College has a Eco Club which works for the protection of the environmental awareness & pollution control programs.

GRIEVANCE CELL:

We have a Grievance cell which is functioning. The cell will hear the problems of the Students and the Staff and resolve the issues.

HUMAN RIGHTS CELL:

The cell is constituted in the Institution to protect Human Rights of the Students and the Staff and everybody concerned to the college to protect Human Dignity and Equality. Various National, State and Divisional level Conferences, Workshops are organized in the college.

STUDENT AID FUND:

Our Institution has a student aid fund. This fund is utilized for the purpose of students who are really in need and eligible for it. This student aid fund shall be distributed among the poor and meritorious students of the college. This amount is given to the students by the approval of the committee and keeping in view the annual budget allocation and the number of applications for sanction of the same.

No students shall be entitled to claim distribution of the fund, if is already in receipt of Govt. recognized scholarship or any other scholarships from the state government or central Govt. of India. Any student receiving any sort of financial aid from other religious and charitable Institution in the state or outside the state are not eligible for the fund.

INTERNSHIP:

Law is a subject where only theory knowledge is insufficient for a student to start out on his/her own, it will have to be learned only by intuition and practice. Hence the students will have to complete their Internship Course according to the Guidelines of KSLU. A Certificate will be awarded to those who have completed this—which may help further placements.

RED CROSS SOCIETY:

Institution has constituted a cell with regard to Red Cross Society and in collaboration with Red Cross Society Gulbarga. Our Institution organizes many programs and thereby try to fulfill the aims and objectives of the society.

CHILDLINE NODAL ORGANISATION:

Childline - 1098 Nodal organization was set up in S. S. L Law College, this is a program sponsored and funded by Government of India, by its Ministry of Women and Child Development. This is established in the Institution in the year 2008-09. Through this organization many development programs for children are carried on. The Childline – 1098 Nodal Centre is working 24x7 for the cause of marginalized children to provide better care and protection of such children. Every month Director’s meeting will be held in the Institution and Child Advisory Board meeting twice in every year under the District Administration (Deputy Commissioner). Really this Nodal Centre is rendering Noble-Yeoman services to the Children in particular and Society as a whole in general.
