About Us
The Law College was established in the year 1960 Sri. Remeshchandra Lahoti noted Industrialist of this area donated a generous sum for starting the law college to perpetuate the memory of his father Late Sri. Shankarlal Lahoti & Nam of the College as Seth Shankarlal Lahoti Law College i.e. S. S. L Law College.
The College is Affiliated to Karnataka State Law University, Hubli, and it was brought under section 2(f) and 12(B) of the U.G.C. New Delhi. The Bar Council of India, New Delhi has recognized this college and has conferred Permanent Recognition.
The college has Re-Accredited by "NAAC" under 2nd cycle and conferred "B" Grade with CGPA of “2.60” during 2015-16. The Institution is striving pro-actively to impart quality based legal education and awareness amongst the people of Hyderabad Karnataka Region.
In the whole of H. K. Region , S. S. L Law College is the oldest Pioneer Law College which is running 3 year Law course & 5 years Law Course.
